Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Engineer to manage, troubleshoot, and optimize network infrastructure while driving automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will handle critical network operations, implement cutting-edge SDN technologies, and ensure seamless connectivity across datacenter and branch networks.

Must-Have Skillsets (Mandatory)

  1. Bachelor's degree in IT or related Information Systems.
  2. IT Certifications: CCNA and CCNP.
  3. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in network infrastructure, services, and project handling.
  4. Expertise in Cisco switches and routers, Nexus switches, Cisco ACI, Cisco ISE, WAN optimizers, and SDN technologies.
  5. Strong knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and static/dynamic routing (e.g., NAT, DMVPN, Multicast, QoS).
  6. Experience in managing datacenter and branch networks.
  7. Proficiency in troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark, DNS tools).
  8. Experience with NMS tools like SolarWinds.
  9. Ability to work proactively and analytically with a willingness to support 24/7.

Good-to-Have Skillsets (Optional)

  1. Certifications in Cisco and Dell SDN technologies.
  2. Certifications in Network Automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, GitHub).
  3. Certifications in Cloud Networking (Azure, OCI).
  4. Certifications in Aruba Network Technologies (NAC, Wireless, SDWAN).
  5. Experience with Aruba wireless, CPPM management, and Aruba SDWAN.
  6. Exposure to cloud networking solutions (Azure, OCI).
  7. Scripting and automation skills (e.g., Ansible, Jenkins, GitHub, Linux).
  8. Familiarity with BMC Remedy, Incident, and Problem Management.
  9. Experience with Dell Sonic Switches and Silverpeak WAN optimizers.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in network infrastructure and operations.
  3. Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
  4. Proven problem-solving and coordination skills.
  5. Strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.
  6. Ability to learn and implement new technologies effectively.
