Job Title: Ecommerce Operations Specialist

We are an e-commerce agency that helps brands scale on and off Amazon. Our team has a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

This role is not just about executing campaigns, but also about being a right-hand partner to the leadership team. You will be responsible for managing multiple accounts across Amazon Sponsored Ads, DSP, AMC, and advanced reporting.

You will work closely with our team to build systems, automations, and processes that drive efficiency and growth. If you enjoy building solutions, proposing ideas, and collaborating with others, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with account ops and ads teams to deliver pacing, QA, experiments, and reporting.
  • Help plan, launch, and iterate Amazon Ads (SP/SB/SD) and collaborate on DSP/AMC projects.
  • Build workflows and use Amazon APIs to reduce manual work.
  • Apply smartly to craft prompts, know limits, and design simple human-in-the-loop checks.
  • Turn ideas into action by proposing tests, documenting learnings, and folding wins into reusable playbooks.
Requirements:
  • You should be logical, switched on, and curious – like breaking problems into clean steps.
  • You should learn fast, self-teach, and don't need hand-holding after the first pass.
  • You should enjoy automation, basic APIs, and dabbling in SQL/Python when useful.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Knowledge and comfort using Google Sheets/Excel
  • Ecommerce knowledge (ideally Amazon)
