Senior Graphic Designer

Foster a collaborative and creative environment leading a team of talented graphic designers.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers to achieve exceptional results, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of projects.
  2. Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion, driving innovation and creativity within the team.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop effective design solutions that meet business objectives.
  4. Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining organization, meeting deadlines, and delivering results-driven outcomes.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, incorporate innovative design techniques into projects, and maintain a high level of expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Key Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in graphic design with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role, showcasing leadership skills and expertise in team management.
  3. Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design styles and completed projects that demonstrate creativity, originality, and attention to detail.
  4. Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and drive project success.
  5. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), staying up-to-date with the latest versions and features.
