Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack PHP/JS/Laravel Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess an extraordinary understanding of software development and be a creative problem solver who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain next-generation websites and web tools.

Responsibilities
  1. Content Development: Revise, edit, proofread & optimize web content to ensure it meets high standards.
  2. User Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall user experience of platforms through iterative design and development.
  3. Design Ownership: Own various design tasks involved in the web development life cycle from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  4. SEO Optimization: Work closely with the SEO team to implement best technical practices and enhance performance of platforms.
  5. Technical Expertise: Possess expert knowledge of Laravel framework, MySql database, and ORMs, as well as solid understanding of web application designs and system architectures.
  6. Product Development: Leverage experience in product development to drive innovation and deliver high-quality solutions.
  7. Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong communication skills, leading stand-ups and driving projects forward with self-motivation.
  8. Coding Experience: Have coding experience and knowledge of Java to build back-end services and APIs, which is a plus.
  9. Leadership: Ability to lead projects and make informed decisions that drive results.
  10. Custom UI Builders: Experience working on Custom UI Builders, Drag n Drop Forms, workflow builders, and automation is a significant advantage.
  11. Responsive Design: Knowledge of implementing responsive design to cater to diverse user experiences.
  12. UI Optimization: Ability to optimize existing UIs to enhance their usability and functionality.
  13. Testing: Knowledge of testing (Unit and Integration) to ensure highest quality of products.
