Tele Sales Representative Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tele Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through proactive outreach and relationship building.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to upsell and create a need for customers. Previous experience in telesales and customer service is also required.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies and processes, ensuring seamless collaboration and goal achievement.

Your primary responsibilities will include making outbound calls, reaching out to clients for upselling and re-engagement, attending daily meetings with the Sales Manager, and participating in training and 1:1 coaching sessions.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic environment.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of 600-3000 monthly, commensurate with experience. You will also receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making 150 outbound calls per day
  • Reaching out to clients for upselling and re-engagement
  • Daily meeting with the Sales Manager
  • Attending training and 1:1 coaching sessions
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through proactive outreach and relationship building
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies and processes
  • Exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently

Required Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral (U.S. or U.K. English)
  • Previous experience in telesales and customer service
  • Ability to upsell and create a need for customers
  • Fast learner and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
