Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled HR/ Admin Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, maintaining personnel records, updating internal databases, and creating guidelines and documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, including employment contracts and time-off requests.
  • Coordinate new hire information and update internal databases accordingly.
  • Create and distribute company policies and guidelines.
  • Process payroll data and gather necessary information.
  • Schedule job interviews and communicate with candidates.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics.
  • Develop training and onboarding materials.
Required Skills:
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Suite, Slack, Job boards, VOIP systems, and Social Media.
  • Previous experience as an HR & Admin Officer or similar role.
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
