We are seeking an innovative and analytical Digital Marketer and SEO Specialist to drive the success of our social media accounts and websites. This role demands strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that boost brand visibility.
  2. Manage all digital channels (website, blogs, emails, and social media) to ensure cohesive branding and customer engagement.
  3. Create targeted campaigns that foster high levels of customer interaction.
  4. Pursue organic search optimization and ROI maximization through thorough keyword research and analysis.
  5. IDentify key SEO KPIs and track their performance regularly.
  6. Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other crucial metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
  7. Prepare and present regular reports on campaign progress and ROI.
  8. Analyze buyer personas to tailor content and improve audience targeting.
  9. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions promptly.
  10. Ongoingly manage and enhance online content, incorporating SEO best practices and Google Analytics insights.
  11. Suggest process improvements and productivity optimizations to maintain efficiency.
  12. Collaborate with web developers to integrate SEO best practices into website development.
  13. Stay current with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  1. 1-3 years of experience as a Search Engine Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  2. Proven success in developing and implementing effective SEO strategies.
  3. 1-3 years of experience in web analytics, marketing, and business development.
  4. Able to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  5. Critical thinker with problem-solving skills.
  6. Strong team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.
