Sales Description

The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for creating an annual sales plan based on the company's marketing strategy and sales targets. They will also manage agents and customers in each market, ensuring the smooth development of overseas sales as planned. Additionally, they will organize market research, develop strategies, and implement plans to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create an annual sales plan for overseas markets based on the company's marketing strategy and sales targets.
  2. Manage agents and customers in each market, ensuring the smooth development of overseas sales as planned.
  3. Organize market research, develop strategies, and implement plans to drive business growth.
  4. Develop and execute brand management plans, expand overseas markets, negotiate with clients, create quotations, sign contracts, maintain existing customer relationships, and track sales performance.
  5. Utilize local e-commerce platforms, promote products online, process inquiries, track orders, and identify new business opportunities in target markets.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
  2. More than 5 years of experience in the textile industry or automatic machinery.
  3. Willingness to travel for business purposes.
  4. Fluency in Urdu and English languages.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  6. Prior experience working in a Chinese company is preferred.
  7. A valid driver's license is preferred.
  8. High energy level, self-motivation, and effective communication skills.
