QA Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) expert to join our organization.

• Review functional and design specifications to ensure a thorough understanding of individual deliverables.
• Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements, and design test coverage plans.
• Develop, document, and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts such as test data, data validation, harness scripts, and automated scripts.
• Execute and evaluate manual/automated test cases and report test results.
• Facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members.
• Identify potential quality issues per defined process and escalate them immediately to management.
• Ensure/validate deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.
• Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes.

• Experience in Quality Management Software and Processes.
• Knowledge and experience in technical aspects of software solutions being tested.
• Business process understanding.
• Create clear, concise, detail-oriented test plans/cases.
• Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications or verbal communications.
• Liaison with development teams, project managers, and customer support.
• Excellent Technical Writing Skill is a must.
