Production Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Operations Manager to oversee the entire production process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

This role involves managing product activities, supervising production operations, planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities to fulfill sales orders and meet inventory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all production operations, including machining, processing, and assembly
  • Plan and coordinate production activities to meet sales orders and inventory requirements
  • Participate in production decisions concerning new product lines
  • Use product specifications and release dates to determine product costs and resource needs
  • Coordinate production aspects with cross-functional teams
  • Establish and maintain production schedules for each product
  • Document and improve the production product development process

Requirements:

  • Production and planning experience in the garment industry
  • Graduate degree
  • Able to build and manage a team efficiently
  • Independently run and control all aspects of production from cutting to packaging
  • Implement and maintain a quality system ensuring efficient production
  • Meet shipment deadlines
  • Knowledge of fabric and its behavior
  • Manage third-party inspections
