We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PHP engineer to lead the development of our international project. Our goal is to create a superior product that outperforms industry standards, with primary revenue generation overseas.

You should be able to work independently with minimal direction but also thrive in a collaborative team environment. We're looking for developers who are passionate about building high-quality software and take ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop clean, performant, scalable, secure, and high-quality software that meets customer expectations.
  • Take on a leadership role, utilizing your previous experience or the talent and knowledge you've acquired.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Quality, DevOps, and Ops teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Be available to troubleshoot urgent issues as needed.
  • Work seamlessly with local, nearshore, and offshore engineering and ops teams, fostering a sense of unity and cooperation.
  • Adhere to established Product and workflow processes, engaging with the team to continually improve and refine them.
  • Serve as a technical thought leader among peers, driving innovation and improvement in how we work.
Job Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven software development experience in PHP.
  • Full stack expertise, including back-end and front-end development, with React JS experience being a significant plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of MySQL and experience building RESTful web services.
  • The ability and desire to write unit and integration tests.
  • Excellent understanding of version control tools and experience working collaboratively within a large team of developers.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Additionally, strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent listening skills, are essential for success in this role.
