Cloud Expert Wanted

We are looking for an expert in cloud-based systems to join our team.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of Salesforce system administration and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze internal processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Proactively seek out and implement system changes as needed
  • Customize and develop workflows, flows, and APIs to meet business needs
  • Assist in migrating and integrating data into Salesforce
  • Document all processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables
  • Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
  • Generate reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure successful implementation of enhancements
  • Provide support functions as needed
  • Monitor application storage and create documentation as required
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of Salesforce administration experience (preferred but not required)
  • Experience with Financial Force is a plus
  • Excellent technical and communication skills with experience interfacing with internal stakeholders
  • Proven ability to utilize Salesforce analytic tools
  • Salesforce administrator certification is also a plus
