Experienced Accountant Wanted

In this key position, you will be working closely with clients to deliver high-quality accounting services. Your main responsibilities will include managing a team of four accountants, training them, and pushing them to become great accountants. You will also be responsible for preparing financial statements, trial balances, VAT returns, and other core accounting functions. As a senior accountant, you will be part of a fast-growing business that provides opportunities for career growth and development.

We prioritize collecting valuable data from our operations to inform decision-making and improve processes. In this role, you will be invited to contribute to process improvement through preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for your team and the business in general.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in UK clients, excellent knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, and proficiency in using Google Sheets and Google Docs. You will also need to have a good understanding of process improvement techniques and be able to track team KPIs, ensure client satisfaction, train and grow the team, improve processes, and engage in continuous learning.
