Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Costing Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing cost structures, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate ERP system data.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Optimize cost structures by determining labor and FOH absorption rates
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including order-wise profit or loss analyses
  • Conduct quantitative reconciliation for production accounts and provide detailed expenses analysis and reporting
  • Ensure accuracy of ERP system's production accounting, inventory data, and other control activities

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in cost accounting principles and methodologies, including standard costing, variance analysis, and activity-based costing
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and present complex financial data
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Education and Experience:

The ideal candidate will hold an M.Com, MBA, ACMA Finalist, ACCA, or CA Articles Completed from a well-reputed institute. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the apparel sector is required.
