Sales Representative - Telecommunications Sector

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team in the Telecommunications sector. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating revenue by selling products or services to potential and existing customers.

Your key responsibilities will include making outbound sales calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing information about the features and benefits of the offered products or services. You will also be responsible for processing orders and resolving customer complaints.

Requirements

  4. Customer service skills: Providing excellent customer service, including listening to customers' needs and responding in a timely manner, is crucial
  5. Computer skills: Familiarity with computer systems and software used for managing customer interactions and sales is required
  6. Product knowledge: Having a good understanding of the products or services being sold, including their features, benefits, and pricing, is essential
  7. Goal-oriented: Being able to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and meeting sales targets and other performance metrics is expected
  8. Adaptability: Being able to adapt to changing customer needs, product offerings, and sales strategies is important
  9. Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues and sharing knowledge and resources is necessary
