Job Description:
As a seasoned Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with quality and safety standards. Your expertise will drive innovation and efficiency in project delivery.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop Comprehensive Project Plans: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create project plans outlining scope, timelines, budget, and resource requirements.
  • Risk Assessment and Contingency Planning: Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop proactive contingency plans to address potential challenges.
  • Resource Allocation: Identify existing resources and their capacity, evaluate needs, and allocate resources for optimal project execution.
  • Team Development and Feedback: Offer constructive feedback to contribute to the professional development of team members.
  • Technical Leadership: Conduct regular technical reviews, provide guidance to resolve complex issues, and offer technical leadership where necessary.
  • Performance Assessments and Team Management: Conduct regular performance assessments, provide constructive feedback, and motivate a team of Senior Engineers.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee projects related to inventory management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inventory systems.
  • Cost Calculations and Quality Control: Perform calculations of costs, material, labor, and time required for each project, and perform quality control checks on all systems.
  • Operational Efficiency: Implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness by leading projects focused on optimizing operational processes.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with international standards and organizational guidelines.
  • Project Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to ensure project success.
