AI Engineering Director

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineering Director to drive the architecture, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI and Data platforms. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and data platforms, architecting scalable systems using Azure AI and Google AI ecosystems.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a vision for AI engineering excellence across the organization.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and data platforms.
  • Collaborate with product and business teams to translate complex challenges into AI solutions.
  • Mentor and manage high-performing teams of AI engineers and data professionals.
  • Evaluate and integrate new AI technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in AI engineering leadership roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI and Google Cloud AI tools and platforms.
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native services (Dataflow, Azure ML, Vertex AI, etc.).
  • Demonstrated leadership in building and managing cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in real-time AI applications, generative AI, or NLP.
