Job Description
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate-level courses in civil engineering, including lectures, seminars, and laboratory sessions.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in civil engineering, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Teaching and mentoring students in civil engineering
  • Developing and delivering curriculum in civil engineering
  • Conducting research and publishing papers in reputable journals
  • Mentoring students and guiding their academic and professional growth
  • Participating in departmental and university-wide committees
  • Engaging with industry partners and stakeholders to promote the department's activities and reputation
Requirements
  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in civil engineering or a related field
  • At least 3 years of teaching experience in civil engineering
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
