About the Role

We are seeking a talented and skilled Video Editor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create engaging, high-converting videos for social media platforms.

In this role, you will be responsible for editing and producing short-form content, adding dynamic captions, transitions, effects, and sound design to boost viewer retention.

You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure every piece of content reflects our brand, speaks to our target audience, and inspires action.

Your expertise in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing tools is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Edit and produce high-quality, portrait-style short videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Add dynamic captions, transitions, effects, and sound design to boost viewer retention.
  • Optimize videos for social media algorithms, ensuring they are hook-driven and engaging in the first 3 seconds.
  • Work with provided branding elements to maintain consistency.
  • Suggest creative concepts and editing styles that align with our business goals.
  • Deliver projects quickly while maintaining high production standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience editing short-form content (portfolio required).
  • Strong skills in video editing software, including Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools.
  • Understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and pacing.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
