Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Calendar Management: Manage executives' calendars, appointments, and schedules.
  2. Document Handling: Handle confidential documents, emails, and correspondence.
  3. Report Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
  4. Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and track follow-up actions.
  5. Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams.
  6. File Organization: Organize and maintain files, records, and important documents.
  7. Special Projects: Assist in special projects, office administration, and event coordination.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as an administrative support professional.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure.
  • A high level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
