Automotive Sales and Service Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the showroom's sales, service, and recovery operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. To maintain a clean and organized showroom environment that adheres to 5S standards.
  2. Daily monitoring of sales executive activities to ensure targets are met.
  3. Assigning daily sales and recovery targets to executives and closely monitoring their progress.
  4. Checking hire purchase files daily to ensure all formalities have been completed according to SOP before approving delivery of motorcycles.
  5. Monitoring outside collection receipts from sales executives to ensure timely submission to the accountant.
  6. Ensuring daily collections are deposited in the bank on time.
  7. Monitoring service and parts department activities to resolve customer complaints effectively.
  8. Registering hire purchase motorcycles with the excise department and preparing necessary documents.
  9. Reporting daily showroom activities to the regional office.
  10. Overseeing automobile booking operations at the showroom.
  11. Handling customer complaints related to automobile bookings in coordination with the regional office.
  12. Ensuring accurate reporting of automobile bookings to the regional office.
  13. Maintaining records of two-wheeler and four-wheeler sales, after-sales, accounts, and automobile booking data as per SOP.

Periodic Responsibilities:

  1. Achieving sales, service, spare parts, and recovery targets set by management for specific periods.
  2. Assisting the audit department in conducting surprise audits and fulfilling their requirements.
