Senior Financial Software Implementation Professional

The role of a Financial Software Specialist is to provide expert guidance and support to clients during the implementation of financial software solutions.
This involves collaborating with clients to analyze their operational processes, configure Master Terminal software, train super users, and guide clients through the transition to live operations on Master Terminal.
Key responsibilities include:
- Process Analysis and Optimization
- Master Terminal Configuration and Setup
- Super User Training and Support
- Go Live Transition Planning and Execution
- Documentation and Project Management
As a team member, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, including project managers, development managers, business analysts, and business managers, to deliver high-quality services.
Throughout your tenure, you will uphold the company's vision, mission, and values by providing exceptional service, fostering strong relationships, and driving business growth.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field with a focus on finance.
- A minimum of 2 years of industry experience in a similar role.
