We are seeking an experienced Logistics Route Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our clients in the US market. If you have expertise in truck dispatching, fleet management, and understanding of American trucking regulations, we would appreciate your qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage truck routes for drivers across the United States with efficiency, ensuring timely deliveries and providing real-time updates to drivers and clients.
  • Handle inbound and outbound dispatch calls with US-based clients and drivers, maintaining effective communication and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, including delivery status, driver logs, and compliance paperwork, adhering to industry standards.
  • Manage truck availability, scheduling, and optimization of routes for cost efficiency.
  • Work with drivers to resolve delays, ensuring all US industry regulations are followed and providing effective solutions.
  • Communicate with US-based customers and resolve queries professionally and promptly, utilizing strong communication skills.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in logistics route coordination, particularly for the US market, with familiarity of US trucking regulations and road conditions.
  • Familiarity with dispatching software and Microsoft Office Suite, with proficiency in data entry and report generation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations, providing effective solutions under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with US-based clients, with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
