Job Overview

The role of a Data Management Expert involves overseeing the operation, maintenance, and optimization of databases. This includes administering SQL Server and Postgres databases in a cloud environment, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.

About the Position

This position requires expertise in managing and optimizing database systems to ensure efficient data management and deployment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud services such as AWS RDS, Azure SQL, and Google Cloud Spanner, and proficiency in scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, Bash, or other automation tools used for database management.

Requirements and Qualifications
  1. 7+ years of experience in database administration, with expertise in SQL Server and Postgres
  2. Hands-on experience with cloud services for database management
  3. Proficiency in scripting languages and automation tools
  4. Experience working with Docker for database creation and management
  5. Deep expertise in database management, optimization, and troubleshooting
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
  7. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  8. Availability to work in split shift timings
