Expert Procurement Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to contribute to our strategic purchasing decisions and build strong vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement activities, including vendor selection, price negotiation, and purchase order processing.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations related to procurement.
• Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize supplier contracts.
• Coordinate with internal departments for purchase planning and logistics management.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, contracts, and purchase documents in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of goods/services, improving overall supply chain efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of three years of experience in purchasing or supply chain roles, preferably in a similar industry setting.
• Strong understanding of purchase taxation, including VAT, GST, and other applicable regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills, with the ability to build robust relationships with suppliers.
