Sales Art Director

  1. Develop visual content for social media and App Store posts based on creative briefs.
  2. Analyze design briefs to identify requirements and key elements.
  3. Create concept designs and rough drafts for client feedback.
  4. Design visually appealing icons, screenshots, and social media posts that stand out in the market.
  5. Translate designs into various dimensions as needed.
  6. Plan and execute A/B tests to measure performance.
  7. Compile mood boards for icon designs.
  8. Be open to feedback and revise designs accordingly.

Key Qualifications

  • Effective visual communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of graphic design principles, including composition, hierarchy, lighting, and color theory.
  • Proficiency in digital painting, illustration, and visual editing tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Collaborative mindset and strong team player attitude.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in ASO art is an advantage.

Requirements

3 years or more of experience in a related field.
