Cell Site Installation and Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Cell Site Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of cell site infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications and experience with power infrastructure on BTS Cell Sites, both AC & DC, Rectifiers, and RMS troubleshooting. Additionally, they will have knowledge of tower components and tools, effective communication skills, and the ability to work in a team.

1. Troubleshoot electrical issues to ensure safe and efficient operations.
2. Maintain KPIs for cell sites, including NAR, TCH, and PM success rates.
3. Inspect and maintain power equipment to guarantee optimal performance.
4. Install, maintain, and repair Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS).
5. Perform installation, troubleshooting, and diagnostic testing of Rectifiers (Emerson, Huawei) and Rectifier batteries (Li-ion cells).
6. Identify and troubleshoot Diesel Generator problems and failures.
7. Conduct ATP of Diesel Generators after overhauling.
8. Resolve DCACs and Commercial supply faults.
9. Evaluate and report safety hazards or concerns to the supervisor.
10. Maintain accurate records of cell site operations.
11. Manage telco spares and inventory of cell sites.
12. Ensure regular audits of PMs performed by vendors with good quality.

• High school diploma or Associate Degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunication installation and maintenance of power infrastructure.
• Knowledge of tower components and tools.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Hands-on experience with Power infrastructure on BTS Cell Sites, both AC & DC, Rectifiers, and RMS troubleshooting.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of telco and non-telco equipment.
