Project Coordination Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Coordinator to support our leadership in driving business success. In this role, you will manage diverse projects, ensure operational efficiency, and be a trusted partner.

The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence. This will involve assisting with decision-making by preparing reports, gathering information, and managing follow-ups.

Key responsibilities include leading and overseeing various strategic projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, maintaining timelines and deliverables. Additionally, you will develop and maintain project plans, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and documentation.

As a skilled operations professional, you will assist in managing day-to-day operations, including process optimization and resource allocation. You will identify and resolve operational challenges with innovative, efficient solutions. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with teams, partners, and vendors will be essential in this role.

You will also take on ad hoc projects across a variety of functions, such as marketing, sales, product development, or HR. A flexible approach to tasks is essential for success in this position.
