
Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in managing financial systems, preparing financial reports, and analyzing financial data.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
• Accounting and Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Financial Systems and Controls: Implement and maintain effective financial systems and controls to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, as well as to mitigate financial risk.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations, including preparation of tax returns and payment of taxes on time.
• Financial Analysis and Advisory: Provide financial analysis and advisory services to support business decisions, including identifying areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Advanced Degree in Accounting or Finance: A master's degree in accounting or finance is preferred, but a bachelor's degree with relevant work experience will also be considered.
• Experience in Financial Management: A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry or role.
• Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership and Team Management Skills: Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, as well as to develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
• Relevant Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software, such as QuickBooks, and knowledge of financial regulations and laws.
