Seeking Experienced Sales Professional to Drive Growth in Co-Working Spaces Rental Business

We are looking for an accomplished Sales Executive to play a pivotal role in expanding our co-working workspaces rental business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients to rent out our co-working spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads through strategic networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide property information and answer frequently asked questions to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct workspace tours and showcase our facilities to potential clients.
  • Understand clients' needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Negotiate rental agreements and ensure timely closures to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to make informed decisions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sales Executive in the Co-Working Spaces industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Knowledge of the local commercial real estate market is required.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks is crucial.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office is necessary.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Minimum qualification: Intermediate
