Marketing Strategy Role

ACE Money Transfer is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for our mobile app across global markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns, managing budgets, and collaborating with Creative, Product, and Analytics teams.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, experience managing paid media for mobile apps, and a deep understanding of customer acquisition strategies in fintech, remittance, or financial services sectors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer growth.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve efficient customer acquisition and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) goals.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to create engaging advertising content.
  • Work closely with the Product and BI teams to improve targeting, segmentation, user funnel conversion, and customer lifetime value (LTV).

Necessary Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in mobile app marketing or performance marketing, preferably in fintech, remittance, or finance apps.
  • Expertise in managing marketing campaigns across major mobile ad networks (Facebook/Meta, Google App Campaigns, TikTok Ads, programmatic DSPs).
  • Proficiency with MMPs (such as Adjust, Appsflyer, or Branch) and mobile attribution analytics.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach to campaign management and decision-making.
