Digital Media Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

Develop and implement a comprehensive search engine optimization strategy to drive online presence for clients. This includes hands-on work, overseeing team efforts, and adjusting strategy as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute thorough tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends, and optimize paid search campaigns for maximum return on investment.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign strategies.
  • Write compelling calls-to-action to convert website visitors.
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and pay-per-click initiatives.
  • Manage campaign expenses, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research, expansion, and optimization.
  • Research and implement SEO recommendations.
  • Analyze competitor advertising links.
  • Develop link building strategies.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure search engine optimization best practices are implemented in new code.
  • Work with editorial and marketing teams to integrate SEO into content creation.
  • Recommend changes to website architecture and content to improve search engine positions.
  • Stay updated on white hat and black hat SEO strategies to comply with search engine guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Four or more years of digital advertising experience.
  • Ability to motivate internal teams about digital opportunities.
  • Stay current with UI/UX, SEO, paid media, and inbound marketing trends.
  • Proven skills in identifying digital opportunities.
  • Define content key performance indicators and measurement.
  • Deep understanding of digital content flow through today's media landscape.
  • Experience with search engine optimization and social media marketing.
  • Efficient project management, stakeholder communication, and teamwork.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Reliable internet connection and remote work setup.
Candidate Requirements:

Candidates should have experience with four or more of the following tools:

  • Web analytics.
  • Search engine marketing.
  • Display marketing.
  • WordPress knowledge.
  • Google Search Console.
  • SEMrush.

Additionally, required skills include:

  • Keyword research.
  • Ecommerce search engine optimization.
  • Backlink analysis.
  • SEO audits.
  • Local search engine optimization.
  • Citation building.
Nice to Haves:

Mid to large scale digital implementation experience.

Ability to manage ambiguity and navigate complex organizations.

Development of digital assets (infographics, power pages, video, etc.) for link acquisition.

Experience with email marketing, social media marketing, referral marketing, content optimization, and marketing automation.
