Graphic Design Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Design Lead to join our team. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end content creation from ideation to final approval.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with platform trends, audience interest, and company goals.
  • Collaborate with writers and designers to prepare clear, actionable briefs and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
  • Review and approve all creative outputs to ensure quality standards, brand tone, and distribution readiness.
  • Work closely with the publishing team to ensure correct execution of approved content and spot check live posts for formatting, layout, and creative fidelity.
  • Leverage AI and creative tools to enhance workflows and improve creative quality.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Content Creation: Develop engaging visual content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Creative Direction & Template Development: Build reusable content templates and maintain brand consistency across all creative output.
  • Team Briefing & Workflow Management: Prepare clear briefs and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
  • Content Review & Final Approval: Review and approve all creative outputs to ensure quality standards and brand tone.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the publishing team to ensure correct execution of approved content.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and digital media.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in creative tools such as Canva and ChatGPT.
