Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in an exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical assistance to clients via various communication channels
  2. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime
  3. Install and configure computer systems, networks, printers, and peripherals to meet client needs
  4. Maintain and repair computer systems as needed, adhering to industry standards
  5. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing
  6. Keep track of customer interactions and resolutions in our database, ensuring accurate records
  7. Train clients on new technology or software programs, enhancing their skills and productivity
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems, with a focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interaction
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changes, remaining up-to-date with industry developments
