Business Intelligence Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analysis, particularly in SQL/PLSQL, and experience with OFSAA (Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications) is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather requirements from business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Perform data-driven analysis and provide meaningful insights.
  • Solid understanding of core banking processes and financial products.
  • Excellent documentation skills including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specs, data mapping sheets, etc.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and PLSQL for data analysis, validation, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to analyze large datasets and draw meaningful insights.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
