We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager to lead our Brand and Web Experience team. As a critical member of our organization, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers and technical leaders to drive world-class brand presence through engineering and presentation of public-facing properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of frontend and full-stack engineers, promoting growth and technical excellence.
  • Develop and oversee the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and engineering standards.
  • Contribute hands-on input to software architecture, design, and optimization of scalable full-stack software solutions.
  • Collaborate across the organization and interface consistently with product, design, UX, marketing, and other technical stakeholders.
  • Design and implement processes and tools to enhance team performance and quality.
Requirements:
  • 9+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role as an Engineering Manager or equivalent.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Javascript, Typescript, or Go.
  • Experience with foundational backend and infrastructure technologies, such as PostgresSQL, Nginx, CI/CD, and Kubernetes.
  • Solid understanding of full-stack architecture, performance optimization, and scalability principles within an Enterprise-class software system.
  • Able to make effective trade-offs between engineering and product requirements.
  • Proven experience managing, coaching, and mentoring software engineers.
