  • Sell products by establishing strong relationships with customers, following defined procedures and protocols.">
  • Achieve sales targets while upholding high standards of ethics and moral practices, adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).">
  • E nsure genuine sales through fair lending practices, avoiding family loaning, activist base lending, and adjustment lending.">
  • Maintain a profitable business by selling loans and enhancing customer numbers, adhering to SOPs.">
  • Develop marketing strategies for company products and services.">
  • Persuasion and negotiation skills are essential for identifying business opportunities, evaluating industry positions, and understanding customer profiles using the five C's of credit.">
  • Disseminate product terms and conditions to customers, ensuring proactive collection and timely repayment of loans through regular communication.">
  • Take extra care when handling customer legal documents to prevent misuse, and guide customers to deposit loan repayments at designated cash counters.">
  • Comply with strict cash handling guidelines and maintain accurate records of collections and transactions.">
  • Prepare weekly field activity planners and mark deviations in consultation with line managers, ensuring regular meetings with customers as per defined product programs.">
  • Conduct loan bookings in accordance with bank policies, procedures, ethics, and standards, continuously reviewing product knowledge and recommending areas for improvement through personal and client feedback.">
  • Conduct market assessments and research to identify new selling possibilities and markets, collaborating with line managers to make informed decisions.">
  • Meet internal service standards, ensuring no customer complaints are received through adherence to bank fair treatment of customer policy.">
  • Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships between the bank and customers.">
  • Report potential cases of fraud or loss to the bank's management.">
