Curriculum Development and Implementation

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum that aligns with institutional goals and objectives.
  2. Design and deliver lectures on assigned courses in accordance with faculty workload policies.
  3. Implement innovative pedagogical strategies and facilitate experiential learning during classes.
  4. Cultivate expertise in teaching and learning methodologies and contribute to curriculum development.
  5. Provide mentorship and guidance to 15-20 students through the Riphah Mentoring Program.
  6. Evaluate and provide feedback on student work and examinations.
  7. Monitor and record student performance data for internal evaluations.
  8. Integrate Islamic and ethical values into teaching practices and participate in departmental committees as required.
  9. Ensure teaching content aligns with institutional goals and objectives.
  10. Verify student attendance in classes, labs, and practical sessions.
  11. Publish research findings or disseminate knowledge through appropriate media channels.
  12. Seek practical applications of research outcomes.
  13. Conduct independent research, lead projects, and supervise PhD students as needed.
  14. Undertake additional duties assigned by the Head of Department.
