About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting high standards of evidence-based learning and teaching. This includes recruiting, developing, and retaining top-notch educators in the school.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a culture of mutual respect, continuous learning, and collaboration throughout the school community.
  • Implement a comprehensive school improvement plan based on need analysis, ensuring its effective implementation within the school.
  • Monitor classroom quality through lesson planners and observations, providing constructive feedback to improve teacher performance.
  • Organize, manage, and oversee co-curricular activities, timetables, assemblies, periods, displays, libraries, laboratories, and academic resources.
  • Conduct assessments and examinations in a transparent and timely manner, fostering teamwork and motivating educators.
Administrative Tasks:
  • Establish strong relationships with the local community, raising awareness about education for both male and female children and encouraging them to join the school.
  • Maintain an optimal student population within the school through effective enrolment strategies, conducting outreach activities for educators, and maintaining a talent pool.
  • Coordinate with HR teams for staff recruitment, retention, performance management, and other HR matters, supervising administrative assistants, and managing staff absences and attendance.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, ensure timely utility services, and coordinate with the supervisor for board-related matters.
  • Ensure all school activities are carried out in accordance with established policies, and submit reports and documents in a timely manner.

The successful candidate must possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
