Lead Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our team. This role requires expertise in building scalable and high-performance web applications using React.js, Material-UI (MUI), Node.js, TypeScript, Apollo GraphQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement responsive web applications.
  • Lead technical aspects of projects, acting as a principal developer and subject matter expert.
  • Coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure alignment of development goals.
  • Mentor junior developers and assist in solving complex technical issues.
  • Provide expert guidance on architectural decisions and code quality.
  • Plan proactively, anticipate technical challenges, and suggest effective alternatives.
  • Take ownership of assigned modules and support cross-project technical streams.
  • Promote team cohesion and foster a collaborative working environment.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of professional experience in full stack development, with recent experience at the staff or lead engineering level.
  • Strong proficiency in React.js with hands-on experience using Material-UI (MUI) for building modern, responsive interfaces.
  • Solid backend development experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
  • Experience in designing and integrating APIs using Apollo GraphQL.
  • Proficient in working with both MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases.
  • Strong understanding of scalable architecture, clean code principles, and performance optimization.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions.
  • Comfortable working in agile teams with strong communication and collaboration skills.
