Digital Marketing Lead

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Lead to join our team and lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across various channels.
  • The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing principles, including campaign management, social media strategy, and market research, and be able to analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Responsibilities will include developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about staying up-to-date on emerging digital marketing trends and technologies, and can provide thought leadership and recommendations for their adoption where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on paid advertising, social media strategy, and market research.
  • Manage social media presence across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Lead or similar role, with a strong focus on paid digital campaigns.
  • Expertise in managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, PPC campaigns, and other paid advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Proficiency in using marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
