Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for uncovering new opportunities through inbound and outbound outreach in the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and build pipeline through account mapping, cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, business environment, and event participation goals.
- Support sales of digital and physical events in the APAC region.
- Collaborate with client teams to refine sales strategies and qualification processes.
- Conduct market research, database management, and reporting to support business objectives.
- Manage all activity through CRM tools.
- Prepare weekly reports highlighting pipeline status, market trends, and key conversations.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
- Previous experience in field marketing, events, or sales development is required.
- Proven background in B2B sales, marketing, or lead generation.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and goal-driven role.
