Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Academic Leader to take on the role of Faculty Head.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of educators and administrators, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes academic excellence.
  • Develop and implement educational programs and policies that align with our institution's goals and objectives.
  • Maintain high standards of academic performance, ensuring students receive a world-class education.
  • Oversee administrative tasks, including budgeting and resource allocation, to ensure efficient operation of the department.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student growth and development.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree or higher in Education or a related field, with at least 5 years of professional experience in education.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to delegate duties effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
  • A good command of the English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently, as well as collaboratively, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
