Bartender Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Cocktail Server to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our bar staff, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that every guest feels welcome and enjoys their time with us. This includes:

• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Preparing and serving beverages to the highest standard, using precise techniques and quality ingredients.
• Building rapport with guests, responding promptly to their needs, and providing tailored recommendations.

The role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will be working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ringing up orders, handling cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Completing tasks efficiently, maintaining high productivity levels throughout shifts.
• Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Bartending training and certification.
• 6 months of experience in bartending or a related field.
• TIPS Certified.
