We are seeking a Sustainability Director to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our Supply Chain department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to reduce our environmental impact.
About the Job:
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain operations and experience in managing SHE teams. They will be expected to work closely with our senior stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the Unilever BBS Program and support deployment in the site
- Lead the SHE Pillar in accordance with ManEx
- Monitor site legal compliance and ensure the site meets all local/national regulatory requirements and Unilever standards
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supply chain operations and experience in managing SHE teams. They should possess excellent negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills, as well as leadership qualities to motivate and grow their team.
