Overview

This is a full-time, office-based position requiring a candidate with exceptional communication skills, a strong command of the English language, and solid experience in the e-commerce customer service domain.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced individual to handle customer queries through calls, emails, and live chats in a professional and timely manner. This includes managing order processing, communicating with customers and suppliers, and ensuring accurate and timely responses to customer service tickets.

Requirements
  • Must be based in Rawalindi or Islamabad (Applicants from other cities or seeking remote work will not be considered)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce
  • Only experienced candidates in ecommerce customer service industry will be considered
  • Exceptional English communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach
  • Familiarity with order management systems and customer service tools
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Punctual, reliable, and a team player
