As a skilled professional in healthcare administration, you will provide operational oversight to strengthen administrative and management functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of assigned departments, ensuring all issues are dealt with promptly and effectively.
  • Handle patients' queries by taking periodic rounds, ensuring smooth operations in assigned areas for customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with faculty, nursing, and administrative support services staff to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
  • Supervise and evaluate staff performance, identify training needs, develop career plans, and address underperformance through HR support.
  • Act as Safety Coordinator, conducting daily hospital rounds and addressing issues and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective marketing strategies to achieve volume and revenue targets.
  • Conduct awareness sessions to enhance services knowledge among staff.
  • Address patient complaints and manage crisis situations professionally.
  • Provide patient-centric orientation to all staff for high-quality healthcare services.
  • Facilitate internal and external audits/surveys for ISO-9001:2015 and SafeCare.
  • Work as an Administrator On-call during holidays and after working hours, resolving urgent issues.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in the service industry, preferably in a healthcare organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well in English and Urdu languages.
  • Multitasking, teamwork, problem-solving, and budgeting skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in shifts if required.
