Senior Product Development Lead

This is a highly demanding role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the overall product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Product Strategy: Create and maintain a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with business objectives and market trends.
- Manage Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Liaise between Stakeholders and Development Teams: Ensure clear communication and alignment on goals between stakeholders and development teams.
- Monitor and Analyze Performance: Regularly review and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or a similar role in product development.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.
