Restaurant Inventory Management Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Manager to oversee the inventory operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing restaurant inventory, be proficient in inventory management software and Excel, and possess excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage all restaurant inventory, including food, beverage, packaging, and cleaning supplies.
  2. Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.
  3. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  4. Monitor stock levels and initiate timely procurement to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  5. Develop and implement efficient inventory control systems and procedures.
Necessary Skills:
  • Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or Storekeeper in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Strong proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., MarketMan, PeachWorks, Orcavue, or similar).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
