Job Title: Sales Development Officer

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Development Officer to join our team at Professional Employers (Pvt.) Ltd. in Quetta.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting school programs in assigned areas, executing professional services activities within the territory, and promoting oral care products to dental professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • School Programs: Conduct BSBF school programs in assigned areas following global formats and management guidelines.
  • Territory Execution: Execute professional services activities within the territory as directed by CP Pakistan.
  • Relationship Building: Liaise with school administrations to schedule and coordinate BSBF programs.
  • Event Management: Organize the Global Art Contest in line with management's instructions.
  • Coordination: Ensure seamless coordination between schools and the company for optimal activity execution.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and manage records for BSBF programs and related activities in both soft and hard formats.
  • Dental Professionals: Engage with schools and professionals as needed for additional activities.
  • Sales Growth: Promote oral care products to dental professionals and drive recommendations and sales growth in the territory.
  • Data Reporting: Keep accurate records and data related to all activities and report to management.
  • Target Achievement: Coordinate with dental professionals to achieve targeted outcomes for all initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Qualification: Must be a Graduate.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a Medical Sales Representative
